Statement of Research Philosophy

My research interests focus on following areas: 1) The structural of the corporate governance of public companny and government owned corporations. 2) Risk management and internal control of public companny and government owned corporations. 3) Financial accounting choice and valuation efficiency and risk governance in the capital market. 4) Management and control of parent company and its subsidiaries. 5) Performance management. 6) Financial failure forecast.
