INTRODUCTION

Zhang Renqian is an associate professor in Beihang University, Beijing, China. His research interests include production planning and inventory management, capacity planning and vehicle schedule problem (VSP). Zhang has been awarded the New Century Excellent Talent Foundation from MOE of China under Grant No. NCET-09-0035.
