On the afternoon of March 27th, Prof. Michitaka Kosak, Dean of Graduate School of Knowledge Science, Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, visited our school. Prof. Wang Huiwen, Dean of SEM, Prof. Wang Jing, Vice Dean of SEM, Prof. Fang Weiguo, Vice Dean of SEM and Dr. Hao Jinxing, Foreign Affairs Assistant attended the meeting.
Prof Wang Jing held the meeting. Dean Wang gave Dean Michitaka Kosak a warm welcome, and deeply discussed with the guest about several cooperation projects, reaching agreements on degree education of dual doctor, co-building service science research center of Asia, and so on. Both sides also talked over issues like teachers exchange and academic exchanges, and expressed the common vision of strengthening the cooperation of knowledge science research. After the meeting, Prof. Michitaka Kosak visited the experiment centers.
Founded in 1990, Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology is the first national educational research university which admits graduate students only. It owns a few subjects which are supported by the government, and the levels of research and education of several subjects are at the forefront of the world.
