On 22nd May, 2017, in the room A616 of the New Main Building, Prof. John Jiang from Broad School Business of Michigan State University, was invited to make an academic lecture on“Publishin Top Journals: My Two Cents”. The lecture was chaired by Associate Professor Lu DENG from School of Economics and Management. More than 50 tutors and students from the SEM attended this lecture.
In the lecture, Professor Jiang explained the current international academic forefront of accounting and auditing issues, as well as the skills to publish articles in international top journals. Professor Jiang’slecture focused on the topics of international journals, hot topics, publishingcycle, and journal style.
At the end of the lecture, the tutors and students from the SEMput forward various questions about their experience of publishing papers intop journals. Prof. Jiang has taken vivid practical cases to answer thequestions. The lecturer and listeners were immersed in a deep academic atmosphere and looking forward to more academic communications in the future.
