In order to promote world-leading researches and encourage students to contribute to the international society, Beihang SEM has actively and extensively developed international cooperation and academic exchange programs in all dimensions. This includes cooperative research projects, international academic conferences, joint degree programs, faculty exchanges, inviting renowned scholars or professors to give lectures, and at the same time, introducing professors, scholars and students to go abroad.
Until 2012, Beihang SEM has established academic exchange agreements with many business institutes around the world including Schulich School of Business at York University, ESCP School of Business, MIP School of Management at Université de Milano, Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management at Université Libre de Bruxelles, etc. The school also established several cooperative programs, e.g., Master of Marketing Degree Program with Melbourne Business School, Melbourne University, Aviation MBA Degree Program with John Molson Business School, University of Concordia, and Master in International Business Program with Grenoble Advanced Business School.
A number of international academic conferences are jointly hosted with well-known international research institutes, colleges or universities. These international conferences include 10 rounds International Conference on Industrial Management, the 38th International Conference on Computers and Industrial Engineering, the 6th International Conference on Partial Least Squares and Related Methods, etc.
