Job Description:
-Responsible for passenger handling at check-in counter, boarding gate, on transit or arrival;
-Responsible for monitoring service parties for un/loading of cargo, baggage and dis/embarkation of passengers;
-Responsible for preparing information for flight operation, communication with the aircraft, answering enquiries on schedules & operation status and the handling of flight documentation;
-Responsible for airport lounge service.
Qualifications:
-University graduate in any discipline;
-Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
-Good customer services & interpersonal skills;
-Strong sense of responsibility;
-Willing to work on shifts;
-PRC local nationals with legal working status in Beijing and/or holding Beijing Hukou and/or working permit
