The 2ndApplied Economics Colloquium: Dr. Zhiwei CUI
On 12 Oct,2017, we welcome Associate Prof. Zhiwei CUI to our Applied EconomicsColloquium. His talk is titled as Constrained Network Formation andMinimum-effort Games. Associate Prof. Zhiwei CUI graduated from ZhengjiangUniversity with a doctoral degree in Mathematics, and now is affiliated withthe School of Economics and Management (SEM) at Beihang University. Hisresearch focuses on Social Network and Economic Behavior Theory, Limited RationalDecisionTheory, and Game Theory. The Colloquium is coordinated by AssociateProf.Xueying Yu at SEM Beihang University.
Duringthe lecture, over 30 scholars and students from the SEMwere involved in the discussion.They raised questions about the paper’smethodological framework and empirical strategies,which provokes furtherthinking on the issues from both parties.
