He has about 30 years working experience, most of his career time working in companies like Beijing Lenovo Group , Hongkong Telecom-Plus Group ,and he had taken different management positions from lower level to high level like vice-presidents ,general manager, department manager, project manager and so on.From 2002 on , as a teacher of Beihang and a trainer , he has finished hundreds ofcourses of soft skill in management and project management. He focuses on people-based management and try to combine management theory、psychology、philosophy and practiceof management together and had developed his own theory system for teaching and counselling.The courses he had developed include《The Practice of Positive Psychology》《Whole Picture Communication》《Teamwork》 《Management by Heart》.
