Dr. Ma Lin, an Associate Professor in the Department of Leadership and Organization Management at the School of Economics and Management, Beihang University, also serves as the Associate Director of the Case Center. She earned her Ph.D. in Management from the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University. From January 2017 to January 2018, she was a visiting scholar at the W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, USA.Dr. Ma's primary research interests include organizational conflict, team collaboration, and organizational innovation. She has led and participated in several National Natural Science Foundation projects and teaching reform projects at Beihang University. Dr. Ma has published over 20 academic papers in Chinese and English in high-profile journals, including the Nankai Business Review, China Soft Science, British Journal of Management, and Journal of Personnel Psychology, with two papers reprinted in Renmin University's reproduced materials. Her papers have received the "Emerald Highly Commended Paper" award and the "Kobayashi Miyuki Outstanding Paper Award". She has won first prize and the Best Style Award in the Beihang School of Economics and Management Young Teachers' Basic Skills Competition. Dr. Ma has extensive experience in corporate consulting, focusing on leadership development, team building, talent development, and organizational innovation. She is skilled in case study development and has contributed cases to the IVEY and Sage case databases. Her cases have been honored as “National Top 100 Cases” nine times and received first place in the 6th National Top 100 Case Competition.
