MA Lin, Associate Professor in the Department of Leadership and Organizational Management at the School of Economics and Management, Beihang University, and Deputy Director of the Case Center. She earned her Ph.D. in Management from Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management in 2014. From January 2017 to January 2018, she was a visiting scholar at the W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, USA. Her primary research interests focus on talent development, team collaboration, and organizational innovation. She has published over 20 papers in leading academic journals, including PPsych, JBE, BJM, and JBR. Two of her papers have been reprinted in journals by the National People's Congress (NPC) Reprinted Materials. She has served as the Principle Investigator for four projects four projects funded by NSFC and the Ministry of Education. Her teaching cases have been published by IVEY Publishing and SAGE Business Cases, and nine of her cases were recognized as "National Top 100 Excellent Management Cases in China." She has received honors including the Emerald Highly Commended Paper Award, Outstanding Paper at the Annual Conference on HRM in China, Beihang’s Excellent Course Award, and First Prize in the Young Faculty Teaching Competition, among others. She has also participated in numerous enterprise research, consulting, and training projects, focusing on leadership, talent development, team building, and organizational innovation. |
