Yunhui Xie works as an associate professor at School of Economics and Management, Beihang University, China. Her research interests include leadership, strategic humanresource management, stock incentive, and some other important organizational behaviors. Her studies were published in international journals such as Leadership Quarterly, Management and Organization Review, and International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management.
