Dean, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee

Presides over the overall administration of the School. Responsible for strategic development planning, discipline construction, faculty development, and business program development. Shares primary responsibility with the Party Secretary for security and stability, confidentiality, full and rigorous Party self-governance, and the building of a clean Party conduct.
