Abstract：
Professor Andy Tsay (PhD from Stanford Business School; Department Chair of Santa Clara University Business School's department of Operations Management & IS) has served as an Associate Editor or equivalent at top international journals such as Management Science (8 years), Production & Operations Management (3 years, continuing), and IIE Transactions (5 years), and on the editorial board of Manufacturing & Service Operations Management. During this time he has handled more than 100 rounds of manuscript reviews as Associate Editor or referee for these journals and numerous others, primarily handling submissions related to operations and supply chain management. Drawing on these experiences, in this seminar Professor Tsay will explain the peer-review processes at such journals and give advice for how to succeed in publishing your research there.
