Prof. Shanjun Li: Transportation Policies and Equilibrium Sorting: Evidence from Beijing

Prof. Shanjun Li with his three Ph. D students visited our school on 9th April, 2018. The group shared their undergoing research projects. Professor Li gave a talk titled as Transportation Policies and Equilibrium Sorting: Evidence from Beijing. Prof. Shanjun Li now serves at Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management as distinguished professor in Cornell University, also as the co-editor of Journal of the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists. His research areas include Environmental and Energy Economics, Industrial Organization and Applied Econometrics.

During the lecture, more than 30 scholars and students from our school were involved in the discussion. They raised questions about the methodological frameworks and empirical strategies, which provoke further thinking on the issues from both perspectives.
